R2DM is a tested methodology for the remote implementation of our award-winning Debt Collections platform, in-scope, on-time and on-budget.  It offers standard templates, questionnaires, meeting agendas and more, which we have been developing and optimizing for more than a decade to ensure the successful elicitation of requirements and the rapid implementation of our EXUS Financial Suite. The methodology takes advantage of communication and collaboration tools of the latest technology, allowing the project-team to contribute information, knowledge and activity in a timely manner while eliminating wasteful activities.

Collaboration tools for project communication, project management and project monitoring that integrate seamlessly with our delivery methodology. Digital workplaces and dedicated virtual project rooms are setup upon project kick-off in order to ensure the best experience between teams working in the project. Tools include online fora & chat, video conferencing, application sharing, electronic calendars and project management tools (ZOOM, Basecamp, Cisco Virtual Room and Microsoft Sharepoint, to name a few). Project Teams have 24/7 access to a “chat room” (Microsoft Teams or other popular apps, such as WhatsApp, Skype, Line) where direct communication is supported. Screen-sharing capabilities and video conferencing through Zoom or MS Teams allows for the Project Team to work in the virtual world pretty much as they would work in the physical one. Screen and video Recording capabilities allow for the project teams to go back to previous meetings, review issues, re-evaluate requirements, refine and agree upon.

An experienced well-trained delivery team designated for each client project. Each team member in our delivery team has experience from different types of projects, either large scale ones or smaller and in different continents. Each team is lead by a senior Technical Manager, with close to 20 years experience in project delivery. Induction of new consultants is on the job, involving actual use scenarios, project shadowing, pair-working and frequent progress monitoring. Every new EFS consultant is provided with all needed training material, joins a team of experienced consultants and assigned by a mentor. This way EXUS guarantees the high level of expertise and readiness of the new EFS consultants to participate in EFS projects and provide the best value to the customer.

Simple installation process. EXUS simplifies the whole installation process by providing a step-by-step guide with all necessary information required for the preparation of the environments that will host the EFS application. In addition, EFS comes with an application installer that fully automates the deployment process providing complete logs with the results of each installation or upgrade execution. Clear instructions on all pre-requisites and the application installer leads to the deployment of EFS in a few hours. All this is done remotely, with EXUS’ technical resources being available through many of the virtual collaboration tools available.

Excellent interface specifications with detailed examples that allows for smooth and easy data preparation with minimal interaction and interference with the client’s BAU. Specifications include detailed descriptions of all entities and fields required, relationship diagrams among entities, sample data and scenarios as well as data preparation guidelines and tips. Loading of data and validation process is executed by the Customer’s IT users through EFS’ import module. Information about rejected records and the cause of rejection is logged by the import process to facilitate investigations. Email notifications are also sent with detailed error reporting in case of failures. In terms of the aforementioned process, EXUS can also offer a dedicated Azure environment that can be temporarily used for the validation purposes. In addition, EXUS creates mockups required for the emulation of the system integration points, ensuring that our QA team is able to test the full functionality configured, without having the real end points.

Option to perform parameterization on an EXUS environment with the ability to transfer the parameterization to the client environment with one click import/export of the parameterization. For on premise deployment, our team can support and troubleshoot the various tasks associated to a SIT/UAT phase, by accessing the client’s infrastructure via a secure VPN access point. Delivery & Support Teams are working over a secure VLAN tier and they are eligible via the preferred VPN client, to access the available remote infrastructure and provide the necessary support tasks. In the case of a managed service deployment, using our secure Azure Cloud infrastructure, our Delivery & Support Teams are flexible to provide E2E support to all integration channels and User Agreement Testing scenarios that are covered through the project’s scope and within the EFS architecture.
