Inside sales, but not like you know it!
There are two things that are undesirable about typical sales roles. First, few people want to talk to you. And, second, you have to starve (almost) to death, while you build up your commission payments.
First, we’re a smart, driven innovator leading the way in the way people think about software design and development. Our tech removes design and coding complexity so organisations can make better software, faster. And that makes execs sit up and take notice.

Second. We play the long game so that you don’t have to. We’ll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. We’ll then increase that salary, regularly, as you accumulate skills. At every step, we’ll ensure you’re paid your market value (or better) and we’ll work hard, every day, to boost that value!
In addition to having plenty of people to talk to, and being paid well, there’s a bunch of other good news.
In this sales role—unlike pretty much every other sales role on the planet—you don’t have to prospect for potential clients. We have a dynamic marketing and product-development team that does this for you. This team identifies market segments, does research to determine businesses’ special requirements, customises a compelling offering to meet those special requirements and then initiates a conversation with decision makers on your behalf.
It’s simply your job to continue the conversation, to consult, and to sell.
And, in this sales role—unlike pretty much every other—there’s no admin work. None! You don’t have to process orders, generate quotes, resolve issues or deal with any of the other malarkey that handicaps other salespeople’s productivity.
All you have to do is continue those conversations that we start for you, consult, and sell!
Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel. This role is London-based. In our sleek, Paddington-location, no less. You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and Google Hangouts. There’ll be no unproductive travel time for you, dear reader.
What we’ll need from you

We’ll be looking for someone who’s had exposure to marketing firms of all shapes and sizes and be comfortable selling B2B. Ideally, you’ll already have an affinity for, and experience with, location-based gaming software. Regardless, you’ll be comfortable with modern marketing, and with technology.
We definitely want someone who’s a great communicator. Some sales experience is a plus. (Too much sales experience, maybe not so much!)
And, we want someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at EXUS is a team sport and we like it that way.
