Strong demand means we require a rockstar Fintech Sales Manager to lead and scale our new inside sales team to dizzy heights of success in our London office!

This really is the perfect role.

On any given day, you will:

  • Supervise and coach the sales team. You'll directly recruit, train and supervise a team of several employees. You’ll have a natural talent spotting top performers and fostering an environment of fun and success.
  • Phone jack and provide real-time performance evaluation. You’ll regularly listen in on sales calls and provide real-time feedback. You won’t be scared picking up the phone and showing how it’s done!
  • Manage reporting, systems and processes. You'll assist with sales forecasting and the accuracy of Sales Pipeline. And you’ll be responsible for maintaining the inside sales team at full utilisation and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and completed, quality standards are met, and that orders are profitable.
  • Report at sales meetings. You'll regularly update the management team on the performance of the team and the status of notable opportunities.

What you need to bring to the table

Based at our London office, you'll enjoy being part of a fun, highly supportive, highly skilled and structured team. Plus, you'll enjoy:
  • A competitive salary. We offer a set salary, based on experience. This means you are paid what you deserve (No more waiting for commissions or guessing what you true salary will be).

Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant
If you’re smart, well-organised and wanting career progression, we’ll pay you handsomely to launch your career in sales and marketing.
Let’s face it, most administration jobs are downright hum-drum. With lots of tedious data entry and little or no appreciation from management for all of your good work.
Well, here’s your chance to take those valuable administration skills and get paid to launch a new career in sales and marketing.

What you’ll be responsible for…
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be working closely with our sales team (Sales Supervisor, Business Development Managers and Campaign Coordinator) to promote the EXUS Financial Suite. Your role will be to schedule appointments on behalf of the sales team then coordinate all of the numerous activities required to ensure that every sales opportunity is effectively managed.
Remember, your role is not to sell — we have salespeople to do that. All you have to do is use your organisational skills to keep them organised and productive as well as our customer database in pristine condition.

How do we help you succeed?

We’ll provide you comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. You’ll learn sales and marketing principles. You’ll become proficient in CRM technology. And you’ll acquire the experience to make a career in sales and marketing.
If you’re an ambitious type (and we hope you are), mastery of the role will open-up new career directions for you. You might choose to develop deep domain knowledge and become one of our technical specialists, or you might choose to join our inside sales team.

This really is the perfect position for an experienced administrative assistant wanting a career change and looking to launch a career in sales and marketing.

Our London team is a small start-up environment with huge ambitions. If you’re happy to roll your sleeves up and forgo those big company resources, you’ll enjoy being part of a fun, highly supportive, highly skilled team in an open-minded and entrepreneurial company that’s passionate about innovation.
If you’re interested, don’t delay. Get your resume to us, post haste. And if you want your resume to rise, magically, to the top of the pile, be sure to include a custom cover letter explaining why you believe you’ll set this role on fire (figuratively, of course).

What we’ll need from you

We’ll be looking for someone who’s had exposure to small to midsized business and, ideally, someone who already has an affinity for financial software and loan collection systems.
And, we want someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, working at EXUS Software is a team sport and we like it that way.

What you need to bring to the table…
  • At least two years of office experience.
  • Great organisational skills. You should have some kind of system for managing tasks along with filing documents (both electronic and print). You should also have experience using a calendar (i.e. Outlook).
  • CRM experience (preferred but not essential).
  • You MUST be comfortable with technology.
  • A confident and outgoing personality. You need to like talking on the phone and not be scared speaking to people way above your pay grade!
  • We are currently hiring for several positions in this role - one of which will require fluency in Greek.
So, what’s in it for me,” you ask?
  • Full-time position with a competitive salary
  • 20 days’ annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service (maximum of 25 days)
  • All bank holidays and a host of other things that make coming to work a pleasant experience!

Mobile Software Sales Consultant
Mobile Software Sales Consultant

You know you’re brilliant at selling on the phone. You’re articulate, understand the intricacies of selling in the software and technology market and you’re confident in your ability to close.

All you need is a company with the growth trajectory and smarts to match your ambition.

If this sounds like you, we’d like you to apply for the position of Mobile Software Sales consultant. You’ll employ our innovative, left-field sales thinking to drive our predictable and sustainable growth engine to new heights of success.

EXUS: democratising location-based gaming development

EXUS is on a mission to remove the complexity and cost from the development of multi-player, location-based games — making their creation, production and distribution simple, intuitive, and accessible for everyone.

Our novel, codeless platform enables rapid development and deployment, opening up gamification opportunities for a vast number of industry sectors — from business promotion, advertising, loyalty programs and marketing to tourism, art, and entertainment.

At EXUS, innovation and value-add is our mantra. It’s at the core of what we do.

That’s why we’ve taken the typical inside sales role and completely re-invented it.

Inside sales, but not like you know it!

There are two things that are undesirable about typical sales roles. First, few people want to talk to you. And, second, you have to starve (almost) to death, while you build up your commission payments.

Not here!

First, we’re a smart, driven innovator leading the way in the way people think about software design and development. Our tech removes design and coding complexity so organisations can make better software, faster. And that makes execs sit up and take notice.

(Our international partnerships give us additional leverage in the marketplace, too.)

Second. We play the long game so that you don’t have to. We’ll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. We’ll then increase that salary, regularly, as you accumulate skills. At every step, we’ll ensure you’re paid your market value (or better) and we’ll work hard, every day, to boost that value!

In addition to having plenty of people to talk to, and being paid well, there’s a bunch of other good news.

In this sales role—unlike pretty much every other sales role on the planet—you don’t have to prospect for potential clients. We have a dynamic marketing and product-development team that does this for you. This team identifies market segments, does research to determine businesses’ special requirements, customises a compelling offering to meet those special requirements and then initiates a conversation with decision makers on your behalf.

It’s simply your job to continue the conversation, to consult, and to sell.

And, in this sales role—unlike pretty much every other—there’s no admin work. None! You don’t have to process orders, generate quotes, resolve issues or deal with any of the other malarkey that handicaps other salespeople’s productivity.

All you have to do is continue those conversations that we start for you, consult, and sell!

Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel. This role is London-based. In our sleek, Paddington-location, no less. You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and Google Hangouts. There’ll be no unproductive travel time for you, dear reader.

Requirements

What we’ll need from you

If you think you’ll thrive with a mission like this, in an environment like ours, please reach out to us and let us know a little about you.

But, in case you’re wondering, here’s what we’ll be looking for in an applicant:

We’ll be looking for someone who’s had exposure to marketing firms of all shapes and sizes and be comfortable selling B2B. Ideally, you’ll already have an affinity for, and experience with, location-based gaming software. Regardless, you’ll be comfortable with modern marketing, and with technology.

We definitely want someone who’s a great communicator. Some sales experience is a plus. (Too much sales experience, maybe not so much!)

And, we want someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at EXUS is a team sport and we like it that way.

If you’re interested, don’t delay. Get your resume to us, post-haste. And if you want your resume to rise, magically, to the top of the pile, be sure to include a custom cover letter explaining why you believe you’ll set this role on fire (figuratively, of course).

The dastardly small print

EXUS is a proud, equal opportunity employer. We are an employer committed to a diverse workforce. We will consider all qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity, family responsibilities, disability, education, political affiliation, genetic information or favorite pizza topping.

Benefits

“So, what’s in it for me,” you ask?

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary
  • 20 days’ annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service (maximum of 25 days)
  • All bank holidays and a host of other things that make coming to work a pleasant experience!
